Who do you use to ship?
We ship all our orders with FedEx & USPS because of their outstanding reliability and quality service. Shortly after your parcel has been dispatched, FedEx & USPS will issue tracking numbers via email for each order so you can follow the progress of the package as it travels to it's destination.
We may require the FedEx & USPS courier to obtain a signature (either from the person named on the package or someone else at the address) when delivering a package. A signed delivery notice by the recipient is not considered an acceptable signature.
We ship with USPS for APO (Army Post Office), and FPO (Fleet Post Office) addresses.

Here is the basic equation to determine your delivery date: Shipping + Transit Time = Total Delivery Time
To determine when an item will arrive, add the item's availability for shipping to the transit time for your selected shipping method. Shipping is found on an item's detail page. Transit times are found above on our Shipping Information page. For example, an item that is available for shipping in 1-2 business days and shipped using standard shipping (4-8 business days) will arrive in 5-10 business days.
Please note: business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
For the credit card holder's security, orders with different shipping and billing addresses will require extra processing time and may delay your order.
