"I got this for my boyfriend. When it came I was pleased to find exactly what I expected to receive. It came packaged nicely, though the jewelry box was a bit crushed from shipping, not a big deal. My biggest let-down was the actual product of the Bat Symbol; it had little scratches on it. Not major scratches, but the little ones that reflect in the light. Unfortunate, but overall a good product."

This necklace was lovely, it arrived in a timely manner and beautifully boxed. I had purchased the necklace for a friend who had, tragically, lost her unborn baby. The necklace poignantly represented the "baby" with mother's arms wrapped around her. The only problem was the gift box was inscribed with the seller's motto, "My Life is Beautiful." A laudible motto but quite inappropriate for my circumstances. I had to find a different box in which to send this to my friend, and was so grateful I hadn't had it shipped directly. This is certainly not the seller's fault, or a fault with the gift, just a warning for other's purchasing items from JewelryDays, make sure the occasion is a happy one. -- Mary Ellen Golden

I overlooked that the rings come in a standard size when I ordered... there's no place to put in a ring size... but JewelryDays worked with me to resize the ring quickly so that I still had it to present on that special day. The necklace is very nice, though the beads are small, they still pop; and with the diamond cutting, it really gives off a nice presentation.

The ONE thing that I would change was that I didn't look in the box before giving them as a gift & the actual retail price sticker was in there. "I give them 5 stars on the purchase (product arrived promptly & as described) but am deducting a star for their refund policy. They clearly state refunds take "10-14 working days," and I did indeed get a refund on my debit card on the 10th business day after they signed for my return delivery. However in real time, that's 2 weeks, which is excessive by current ecommerce standards. "

"The color of these pearls are a nice color slightly off white. They shine well too. My only complaint is that in the description, it says "Round" which most of these pearls are "OVAL" shaped. For the price, you can't beat it. OVAL works for me."
