The speed of email responses and delivery were good. I ordered a wedding ring set. No side-view of the ring was available though I requested one. My fiancee likes the ring generally except for a feature that we were trying to avoid which a side-view would have helped us to identify. I felt very insecure with having to wire money to pay for the diamond as any fake website could have sent me an account number to wire money to. If that's the merchant's policy, so be it, but I'm unwilling to do so again if wiring funds is required. -- Louis-Ray

the 14k gold watch was fine, but the people I called told me that the links on the watch can be easily removed using a pin, which is not the case. I had to spend $85 and many hours finding a jewler who can move the links to fit my wrist. This information should be provided up front. If I buy from a local store, the fitting is usually free. -- Xuetong

I was nervous about ordering an expensive item such as an engagement ring online. The jewelrydays team was VERY helpful on the phone and did not pressure me into a sale, which made them stand out. It looked stellar when it arrived. When I had it appraised the gemologist report indicated that it was actually a little better than the website description. Initially there was a flaw in the sizing workmanship which detracted from the appearance of the rings. After a local jewelry store balked at making repairs, I overnighted the rings back for jewelry days to repair. They did a fabulous job at every step of correcting the problem AND communicating with me. When I got the rings back they looked great. Unless you get out a microscope you cannot tell that there had ever been a problem. Local jewelry stores were asking far more for far less. I would not hesitate to purchase from jewelry days in the future. -- Hernandez

There was a slight discrepancy on the description. The ad contradicted itself as to whether the locket held 2 or 4 photos. I was short of time and could have called but bought it anyway. It holds four and my wife was very happy. When I called to verify arrival for Christmas they were very friendly and helpful. -- William
