Very prompt delivery and even though the wrong ring was shipped initially the error was corrected without problem. I was not completely satisfied with the resizing as the ring is not symmetrical in terms of the base thickness. --Mike Means

The taurus pendant is absolutely fabolous. I've never seen one with so much detail, and the tri-color gold makes it really stand out. These earrings are really beautiful, and have a nice weight to them. They move with you without feeling like they drag your ears down. They feel very secure on, and I have slept with them quite comfortably. The satin finish on the yellow gold was surprising because on the picture you can't see it, but it didn't take away from them. I love them and am very happy with my purchase. My order was handled and delivered quickly, so I am quite satisfied with the service too.

I have had an outstanding experience with Jewelry Days. They were great about staying in touch with me throughout the process from updating me when the product shipped to letting me know the package had been delivered. Even after I had a slight problem with the post office returning the gift (nothing to do with Jewelry Days), they were quick to resend the items and make things right. Everything arrive as expected and it proved to be a great present.
If I could offer some constructive criticism, I was a bit dismayed that the
package was sent by USPO. I was never able to track it and was not sure if it
was going to make it by Christmas. Although everything turned out OK,
I would have prefered FedEx or UPS.

I (wife) ordered the ring for Warren for X-mas on December 17 or 18 and used expedited mail.
I received an e-mail late the next day saying the item was shipped so I naturally thought the
ring would arrive within the week. When I checked the order status, it said the ring would
be delivered on December 24 (which was really cutting it close). The ring was not delivered
until December 26! What was the sense in using "expedited mail"? The ring should have been
delivered the same week it was ordered. Other items I ordered on the same day were
received 2-3 days later. So of course I had nothing for my husband to open on X-mas day.

My feedback is the following:
Positive: My order was shipped to me in a timely manner and was correct.
Negative: The item I purchased was a necklace and the chain was badly tangled when received.
This led to significant time and effort to untangle it which diminished the enjoyment of the gift.
