Please feel free to explore our online jewelry store to find and purchase fine diamond jewelry, watches and loose diamonds. You can click on any jewelry category to get to your selection of jewelry items or enter any keywords into the Jewelry Search box under the Jewelry Days logo to select jewelry items. For Example: enter 'diamond bracelets', 'diamond rings' or 'diamond stud earrings' and click 'GO' to get results. The Jewelry Guide section is for education and information on Gems and Jewelry. Click on 'Jewelry Guide' to explore our library or use the Jewelry Guide search box to get information. Please do not hesitate to contact us for any assistance.

How do I shop? When you order from our web site, you will need to use your existing Amazon.com account or create a new Amazon.com account. Please use the Jewelry Shopping cart to store items that you wish to purchase. You can add or remove items in your personal Shopping cart at any time. Selections will stay in your Jewelry Shopping Bag for as many days as you like. You can compare several selected items at a time or you may simply keep items there for future jewelry purchase (with the exception of loose diamonds).

Can I send a gift to a different address? It is very easy to send a gift to an address different to yours. When you get to the check out, there is a place for you to fill out a different shipping address. For the credit card holder's security, orders with different shipping and billing addresses will require extra processing time and may delay your order.

Does Jewelry Days.com have a layaway program? By popular request we now have an interest free layaway program. Simply call our toll free number 888-989-5393 between 9am and 6pm PST and speak to one of our trained staff members who will gladly assist you with your selection and answer any questions. If you prefer, you can e-mail us at order@JewelryDays.com Once your selection is made and we receive first payment, it will be held until your final payment and then shipped promptly. Our layaway program is for ‘in stock’ items. Custom pieces and diamonds are excluded.

What happens if something needs to be returned? We want you to be pleased with your Jewelery Days.com purchase. However, if you decide to return your purchase for a refund or an exchange within 30 days after your purchase has been shipped please follow 3 simple steps on Customer Service page.

Who do you use to ship? We ship all our orders with FedEx / USPS because of their outstanding reliability and quality service. Shortly after your parcel has been dispatched, FedEx & USPS will issue tracking numbers via email for each order so you can follow the progress of the package as it travels to it's destination.
