If you're not absolutely 100% satisfied with your jewelry purchase, return it within 30 days for a full refund of the item amount. (total amount less shipping charge).
NOTE: The 30 day return policy is not applicable to any custom or special order. There will be no return - no refund on any custom or special order transaction. Special Order require extra time and hence delivery time may vary.

All our Loose Diamonds come with a 7-Day Return Policy.
We want you to be pleased with your Jewelry Days.com purchase. However, if you decide to return your purchase for a refund or an exchange within 30 days from receipt of the merchandise please follow 3 simple steps:
Step # 1:
Please Call us at Toll Free number (888) 989-5393 Monday to Friday between 10.00 am to 6.00 pm pacific time, to receive your return authorization code. Please write this authorization code on the return shipping label and the original invoice. The original invoice must be included in the returned package.
Step #2:
Secure all merchandise in the original containers it was shipped in, including the gift boxes within which your order was shipped. We cannot accept merchandise that has been altered or damaged, NO EXCEPTIONS. If you discarded any of these shipping materials, or would like any help with this step of the process, please call customer service at (888)-989-5393.
Step #3
Ship your purchase to JewelryDays.com. 550 South Hill Street, # 1141. Los Angeles, CA 90013. Via U.S. Postal Service, or any insured currier. Insure the package for the full amount of the purchase price and ship it, with return receipt. We are not responsible for items that are lost in the shipping process.

Exchanges
If you prefer, you may exchange your Jewelry Days.com purchase for another selection, provided the first purchase is returned within 30 days from receipt of merchandise.
If you prefer an exchange to a refund, we will issue you full credit, which you can apply to the purchase of another selection of your choice. If you have any questions about our return procedure, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Limited Lifetime Warranty
All our products are covered by a limited lifetime warranty against any manufacturers defect. We strive on perfection to create beautiful works of art and therefore guarantee their workmanship. As with any delicate artistic creations, care must be taken to insure years of enjoyment. During the 30 day inspection period, when you first receive your item, you should have your item checked to make sure everything is in order. After that, we suggest that you have your pieces professionally cleaned and all the prongs rechecked by a local jeweler every six months to a year to ensure their integrity from daily wear OR you could send it back to us and we will do it for you FREE of charge. However, because of daily wear, stones may become loose over time and become dislodged. In the unlikely event that this may happens, the limited lifetime warranty will cover only the labor repair of the merchandise by Jewelry Days.com. If a stone does fall out and you have the stone, we will repair the item free of charge. If a stone falls out and you completely lose it, you are responsible for the replacement cost of the new stone however, the labor and repair services are free and covered by our limited lifetime warranty. If you decided to send any item for the limited lifetime warranty please call us at our toll free number 888-989-5393 for the RMA number. We require original Invoice of item for Limited Lifetime warranty protection. You are responsible for all Shipping Charges to us and we will ship back the item to you FREE of charge.
